Services
Inbox Sparrow provides digital marketing services including email marketing, automation setup, integrations, website development, SEO, and social media marketing. All service scopes are agreed upon before work begins.

 

Payment
Full payment or an agreed deposit is required before project work commences. Monthly retainer fees are due at the start of each billing cycle. Payments are processed via Razorpay.

 

Delivery
Project timelines are communicated during onboarding. Standard email campaign setup is delivered within 48 hours. Custom projects timelines are agreed in writing before commencement.

 

Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide required assets, access, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.

 

Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own all deliverables created for them. Inbox Sparrow retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

 

Limitation of Liability
Inbox Sparrow is not liable for indirect losses, including lost revenue or data, arising from use of our services.

 

Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

 

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
