One-Time Projects
If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at help@inboxsparrow.com. We will offer revisions to meet the agreed scope. Refunds are issued only if we are unable to deliver the agreed scope after reasonable revision attempts.
Monthly Retainers
Retainer fees paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. You may cancel future cycles with 7 days written notice before the next billing date.
Discovery Calls & Consultations
Free strategy calls are non-chargeable. Paid consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place.
Partial Refunds
In cases where work has partially commenced, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion based on work completed.
How to Request a Refund
Email help@inboxsparrow.com with your order details and reason for the refund request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method via Razorpay.
