Project Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a project before work has begun, please notify us within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. Once work has commenced, cancellations are subject to a charge for work completed to date.

 

Monthly Retainer Cancellations
You may cancel your monthly retainer at any time by emailing help@inboxsparrow.com at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellations received after this window will take effect in the following billing cycle.

 

Subscription Payments
Recurring payments via Razorpay Subscriptions can be cancelled by contacting us directly. We do not offer refunds for the current active billing period upon cancellation.

 

How to Cancel
Email help@inboxsparrow.com with your name, service, and cancellation request. You will receive a confirmation within 1 business day.

 

Inbox Sparrow reserves the right to cancel a project if the client fails to provide required materials or payment. In such cases, a refund for unused work will be issued.
